Athlete Performance is a long-term development system designed to improve strength, speed, power, and movement efficiency.
Training is structured, progressive, and aligned with the demands athletes face as competition levels increase.

This is not exposure training.
It’s preparation.

Each session integrates strength training, explosive work, speed development, and agility training in a balanced format.
Emphasis is placed on mechanics, force production, and efficient movement ensuring athletes progress safely and consistently.

Movement competency • coordination • physical literacy

Training emphasis:

  • Fundamental strength patterns

  • Sprint mechanics and acceleration basics

  • Jumping, landing, balance, & spatial awareness

  • Introductory agility patterns


Objective:
Establish strong movement habits and a base for future training.

Focus:
Strength progression • speed efficiency • controlled power

Training emphasis:

  • Structured strength training with technical standards

  • Linear speed and multi-directional movement

  • Introductory explosive and plyometric training

  • Conditioning that supports training quality


Objective:

Develop resilient, faster, and more capable athletes.

Focus:
Maximal strength • power output • speed execution

Training emphasis:

  • Advanced strength and force production

  • Explosive lifts, sprint work, and plyometrics

  • High-level agility, deceleration, and reaction training

  • Conditioning specific to competitive demands


Objective:

Prepare athletes for high-level competition and next-level environments.
