COURSES

AC8 is excited to offer an athlete summer training program that runs Monday through Thursday 9:30am-12:30am and includes unlimited training access each week.

 

Each day includes:

Hour 1- Foundation Level Speed and Agility Training (~ ages 8-12)

Hour 2- Performance Level Speed and Agility Training (ages 13+) Focused on acceleration mechanics, top-end speed, change of direction, footwork, coordination, and explosive power. Sessions are coach-led, high energy, and technique driven.

Hour 3-Lacrosse Dodging Lacrosse training centered around dodging, creating separation, and game speed decision making. Athletes will sharpen footwork and build confidence and control with the ball in their stick.

This is a structured environment designed to help athletes improve overall athletic ability through repetition and consistency.
